Lucas Law Legal Leaders Scholarship

Introduction
Lucas Law created the Legal Leaders Scholarship to help ease the cost of tuition, textbooks, and room and board for students preparing for careers in law. Our firm is proud to help college students manage educational expenses. Each semester, one student who demonstrates promise in the legal profession will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
Eligibility
Applicants will be considered if they meet all of the following:
- Are pursuing a career in the legal field.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher (if you currently lack a cumulative GPA, you may submit the GPA from your most recently completed academic semester).
- Are enrolled or plan to enroll in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in the United States through the Fall 2026 semester.
- Are at least 17 years old.
How to Apply
Submit the following materials:
1. An essay in PDF or .docx format, roughly 500 words, addressing this prompt:
- Describe what you hope to achieve throughout your legal career. What strengths do you possess that will help you reach this goal?
2. An academic transcript.
3. Proof of current enrollment or intent to enroll.
Selection Process
Our scholarship committee will review every complete application. The recipient will be chosen based on the following:
- Full eligibility and submission of all required documents.
- Essay that adheres to the approximate 500-word length and fully answers the prompt.
- Original content with well-developed, clear, and concise ideas.
- Organized, articulate, and high-quality writing.
Timeline
We will finish the selection within one month of the application deadline and will notify the award recipient by June 18, 2026.
