Intro
The attorneys at Amy G Injury Firm are committed to the principle that everyone should have an equal chance to build a better life for themselves, their families, and the broader community. Recognizing that many students face obstacles that hinder their educational goals, our firm supports efforts to remove financial barriers to learning. For the past eight years, we have offered the Access to Education Scholarship as part of that commitment.

Why this matters
We see societal progress as a collective fabric in which education is the central thread that strengthens opportunity for all. Education should be a universal right and a foundation for a healthy, innovative society. By widening access to learning, we help create an environment where people from varied backgrounds can collaborate, innovate, and contribute to a more enlightened future.

Award details
Each year the Amy G Injury Firm awards $1,000 to the applicant who submits the most original and persuasive proposal for increasing access to higher education, and who clearly explains why expanding access is vital for the future of our country and the world.

Eligibility — who may apply
- This 2026 Amy G Injury Firm Access to Education Scholarship is open to students currently enrolled in any accredited U.S. degree or certificate program, including vocational training, community or junior colleges, undergraduate, and graduate programs.
- GED recipients and imminent high school graduates who will be entering college-level study are also eligible.
- Applicants should be able to thoughtfully explain the role higher education plays in society, how it can improve conditions across populations, and practical ideas for making postsecondary education more inclusive of underrepresented groups.
- Academic standing requirement: applicants must demonstrate a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

How to apply
Complete the application form on this page and submit the following materials:
1. Resume — An up-to-date resume that includes current contact details and a clear statement of your present program level and student status.
