Christophers Annual Video Contest for College Students

Overview
College students are invited to produce a short film or video (maximum running time: 5 minutes) that communicates The Christophers’ mission and its conviction that a single individual can make a meaningful difference. Submissions may use any genre or visual approach but must be uploaded through the online submission system.
Who is eligible
- Must be enrolled in and attending undergraduate or graduate coursework (full- or part-time) at some point between September 2025 and May 2026.
Key deadlines and announcement
- Submission deadline: February 15, 2026.
- Winners will be announced on May 1, 2026.

Entry requirements and rules
- Films must interpret some version of the theme “One Person Can Make a Difference.”
- Running time may not exceed 5 minutes.
- Every entry must include a completed and signed online entry form. You may forward the form to classmates or friends for completion and signature.
- Entrants must secure and be able to produce written permission for all non-original elements used in their entry (music, images, clips, etc.). Failure to provide documentation will result in disqualification.
- All submissions must be made through the designated online portal. Questions should be emailed to Youth Coordinator Sarah E. Holinski at s.holinski@christophers.org with the subject line: 38th Annual Video Contest.
Ownership, prizes, and legal notes
- Submitted entries become the property of The Christophers and will not be returned.
- U.S. citizens or residents who win cash awards exceeding $600 will be required to provide a Social Security Number before payment can be issued.
- Judges’ decisions are final, and prizes may not necessarily be awarded in every category.
