The Wisconsin Rural Opportunities Foundation (WROF), Inc. is pleased to open the 2026–2027 WROF, Inc. Premier Scholarship Awards. Thanks to an additional generous contribution from Rural Mutual Insurance, this year’s program will fund two extra awards.
