RAS Scholarship

Overview
The Rehoboth Antiquarian Society (RAS) will grant one or more scholarships to students accepted into or currently enrolled in post–high school programs tied to museum or library studies. Eligible areas include, but are not limited to, museum or library science, history, archaeology, anthropology, conservation, restoration, and preservation. Nontraditional programs related to these fields may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
Eligibility
Applicants should be from Rehoboth or the surrounding communities, or demonstrate a significant connection to Rehoboth. The scholarship funds will be applied to the second semester of the 2026–2027 academic year.
Award
The RAS offers a one‑time award of up to $2,000.

Deadlines and Interviews
Completed applications must be received by Friday, June 19, 2026. The Scholarship Committee will hold in‑person interviews during the final week of June. If attending an in‑person interview would present a hardship, please contact the Scholarship Committee in advance — they will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your situation.
Notification
All applicants will be notified of the Scholarship Committee’s decision by August 31, 2026.
